These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Robust365, a cloud accounting and billing service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Robust365 provides online tools for invoicing, estimates, bills, expenses, reports, and related business records. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes during an active trial or paid subscription.
2. Free trial
New registrations receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. When the trial ends, you must choose a paid plan to keep using the Service. We may change trial length or eligibility, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the trial.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping login details secure.
- You must not copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service, or use it for unlawful activity.
- You must not attempt to access another customer’s data.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the business records you store in Robust365. You grant us a licence to host and process that data only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service. You are responsible for the legality of the content you upload.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in-app. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. Either party may end the agreement for a material breach that is not cured within 15 days of written notice. Account deletion is described in our Account Deletion Policy.
6. Availability and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robust365 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
