Robust365 stores invoices, payments, and other financial records. We treat that data as confidential business information and design the platform so only authorised users in your organisation can access it.
Access control
- Passwords are stored with one-way hashing. We never store plain-text passwords.
- You control who in your team can sign in, including inviting an accountant.
- Sessions expire, and you can sign out from any device.
Transport and hosting
- The public site and app are served over HTTPS.
- Application and database hosting run on managed cloud infrastructure with network isolation between services.
Backups and operations
We take regular database backups so a platform incident does not have to mean lost books. Support staff access customer data only when needed to resolve a request you have made.
Your responsibilities
- Use a strong unique password and keep it private.
- Remove team members who should no longer have access.
- Export or print records you must retain for tax or audit.
