Robust365 Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Robust365 platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. License and Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the software, or use the Services for any illegal or harmful activities.
3. Customer Data: You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload or submit ("Customer Data"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and copyright permissions of your Customer Data. You grant Robust365 a license to use the data as required to provide the Services.
4. Payments and Termination: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services. Either party may terminate this agreement upon material breach that is uncured within 15 days of written notice.
5. Limitation of Liability: The Services are provided "as is." Robust365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, except where prohibited by law.
6. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified by Robust365.
